These phases are to take you little by little to achieve maximum control, use, and learning of our program, and thus make the most of the IIFYM CARBOHYDRATE CYCLING that we will be programming for you every week (Your Macronutrient goals: Carbohydrates , Fat, Protein, and of course Calories)
The objectives of each of the phases are set by your coach strategically and automatically each week, each day and each week they change where you will have higher weeks of Carbs, and less Fats and higher weeks in Fats and less Carbs, to give you an example
We will teach you to follow these objectives, each PHASE is designed to make it easier for you to advance within the nutritional program, we will ensure that you have the skills, commitment and knowledge necessary to take your body, your nutrition, your health to other level
Each one has a different complexity, and in this way we want you to learn to master everything that has to do with macronutrients, flexible diet and accelerating your metabolism
Passing each phase will be determined by your coaches according to your commitment and consistency within the program

Here the objective is to make a real diagnosis of what you eat, to learn to upload photographs of your meals and to correctly capture what you eat in the POCKET COACH nutrition diary, and our coaches will help you capture ingredients of your dishes, giving you an explanation of how it is captured and doing a daily analysis of where we can improve your nutrition
We will help you master the basic use of the application.
We will analyze how you mix ingredients of what you eat, how many times you eat a day, and where to start accelerating your metabolism.
When you graduate from this phase: When you complete 3/5 consecutive days capturing everything you eat with a photo
Here we will teach you how to balance daily the objectives of Macronutrients (Carbohydrates, Fats, Proteins, Calories) that we will set you to eat, here you must already know how to capture each of your meals for yourself, and achieve balance the “thermometers” of your “target macros”

Carbohydrate Cycling Level: Null
When you graduate from this phase: When you upload your body weighing in the app, and we see that you complete at least 3 green MACROS thermometers in your week. capturing every day and managing to balance your nutrition week on your own
Here we start with a basic Carbo cycling, of 2 different days in the week, this will help accelerate your metabolism, we will help you to balance your nutrition in those objectives, a couple of days higher and others lower in carbohydrates, playing also with fats and proteins
You will begin to notice changes in your body composition, we will have weekly graphs set to see your progress in the program, you will feel control of your diet, and you will notice weight or fat loss
Here you should already be able to balance your nutrition and your dinners alone, without further assistance from the coaches (you select what to eat).
Carbohydrate cycling level: Basic (2 different days a week)
When you graduate from this phase: When you complete a consecutive week in this phase, and you have at least 3 green thermometers weekly from MACROS, and there is exercise in your week
In this program comes greater "Acceleration" of fat loss, here you will already have a carbohydrate cycle of 3 different days in the same week, here balancing everything you eat as constantly as possible to those objectives is the key , and do regular physical activity, remember that you choose the exercise we only ask that it be as constant as possible per week
At this stage you will already have FAT LOSS noticeably in your physique... it will also work for INCREASE IN STRENGTH or MUSCLE MASS according to the objectives programmed by your COACH
Carb cycling level: Intermediate (3 different days a week)
When you graduate from this phase: When you complete the full week capturing consecutively in this phase with your weekly thermometers balanced and controlling the exercise
In this phase comes greater acceleration since you will have a more intense carbohydrate cycling plus proteins and carbohydrates to generate muscle, but at a special level, the increase in weight and muscle mass will be gradual and cleans muscle without increasing body fat in the process
Carb cycling level: Advanced (4 different days within the week)
When you graduate from this phase: When you complete the full week capturing consecutively in this phase with your weekly thermometers balanced and controlling the exercise
Here is the maximum level of CARBOHYDRATE CYCLING, your nutrition goals are set in a STRATEGIC way... since it is variable every day and every week of the year

Special phase made for people who seek unique advice from the program's HEAD COACH, attention and personalized nutrition goals for each of them.

Each of the phases has a support group on WhatsApp in which you will be with people from the same phase, so that you can identify with questions, doubts, and support from people at the same level of the program, you will receive support from part of our coaches both in the APP and in the groups, it is not mandatory to be in the group... but it is highly recommended, important to have motivation, resolve doubts and see results in the body and nutrition goals that you have. searching
